At LVLUP DRIPS, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos of the item and the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Size & Fit

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

As each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size unless the incorrect size was sent by us.

Returns

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer

Change-of-mind purchases

Personalized or custom-made products

Worn, washed, or altered items

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable laws. These rights do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
